Are resort or destination fees included in my price?

Often not. Many US hotels add a mandatory daily fee at check-in (Wi-Fi, gym, beach chairs, etc.). I flag these in your quote so there are no surprises.

What taxes should I expect?

US stays include state and city occupancy taxes (commonly ~10–18%, varies by location). You’ll see estimates in your proposal and invoice.

Can you guarantee a bed type or connecting rooms?

Bed type is usually confirmable. Connecting rooms are always “on request.” I submit and follow up directly with the hotel.

Refundable vs. non-refundable rates?

Flexible/refundable = cancel/change within a window. Advance purchase/prepaid = cheaper, non-refundable once booked. I’ll recommend the best fit.

What is the Minimum age to check in?

What’s an “incidental hold” and how much is it?

Hotels place a temporary credit-card authorization at check-in to cover extras (parking, minibar). Typical range: $50–$200 per night. Unused amounts are released after checkout by your bank.
